If you suddenly feel like trying a piece of pizza while visiting Sapa, Delta Restaurant is definitely a good choice as it provides a wide range of Western food cook in Italian-style. The restaurant is located right in the center of Sapa on the corner across Royal Hotel with wide glass doors and one little wine bar with booths on the second floor.
The atmosphere is cozy while the food is the real Italian feed: considered-the-best-in-town pizzas (although it may not really big enough for two), homemade pasta, strong coffee, carefully chosen wine, and other menu features such as gazpacho, bruschetta, good fresh salads, lasagna, etc. All the ingredients, especially mushroom, eggplant, tomato are extremely fresh since they are harvested directly from the garden.
