As the owner of the restaurant used to be the former kitchen staff in five-star Victoria Sapa Hotel, the cuisines here, both Vietnamese and western, are heavenly delicious, especially homemade pasta, sorbets, ice-cream and bakery. Customers are also recommended to try beef and lemon, fresh salmon and hot pot; and they can even catch the view of the kitchen with busy chefs cooking with the food is still on the process. The price is pretty reasonably, only from USD4-USD10 per dish.

Rose Garden is designed in modernly nostalgic style with dark pink walls, a rose vase on each table and wide glass windows. The cozy restaurant is a little off the main road so it is kept away from noise and vehicles emission. All of the staff members are well trained in both cooking and serving, making the customers feel like home when enjoying meals here.
