Retreat in Sapa

Day 1: Night train
At 20:00 or later, our guide will come to your hotel in Hanoi, get you to the station, take the night train from Hanoi to Lao Cai.

Day 2: Arriving in Lao Cai in the early morning, your car will pick you up from Lao Cai Station and transfer you to Sapa town. After checking-in at your Sapa 4-star hotel you will have breakfast and free time to enjoy your room. After lunch at Bellevue Restaurant, you will trek to Cat Cat Village. Overnight at Hotel Sapa.

Day 3: Have breakfast at Bellevue Restaurant then trek from Sapa to Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai and Ta Van. Have lunch then enjoy a massage & herbal bath at Ta Van Village. Return to the hotel for dinner. Overnight at Hotel Sapa.

Day 4: Have breakfast at Bellevue Restaurant then take a trip to the market to buy vegetables and return to the hotel for a Healthy Cooking Class. Have lunch then enjoy a fitness programme in the hotel before having dinner later on. Overnight at Hotel Sapa.

Day 5: Breakfast at Bellevue Restaurant then cycle from Sapa to Sa Seng, Hau Thao and Sau Chua enjoying the beautiful scenery and the most peaceful place in Sapa. Return to Sapa for dinner and overnight at Hotel Sapa.

Day 6: Have breakfast at the hotel and get a free day for shopping. Return to Lao Cai Station at 5:30 p.m. for the night train back to Hanoi.

*Note: All meals and drinks are low fat, sugar free and contain no alcohol.

If you choose to stay for 7 nights/ 6 days you can trek from Trung Chai to Ta Phin Village and receive a herbal bath lesson from Red Dzao who escorts guests to the forest to collect herbs then teaches them how to set up a fireplace and herbal bath.
